I'm a licensed (#468 ) home inspector in the state of Florida

I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)

I have passed NACHI's on-line home inspector examination

I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics home inspector obstacle course

I have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test for home inspectors 

I fulfill at least 24 hours of home inspector continuing education every year

I have 30+ years as a Residential Builder in Maryland, Virginia and now in Florida

I'm an old school plumber and duct systems mechanic
