As a former Realtor and property investor, I've created inspections that will help you get the information that is important to you at a reasonable price.
General Home InspectionThis is the most popular inspection for first home buyers and seasoned buyers looking for the best-bang-for-the buck inspection. The narrative based report written in a simple, readable format that includes embeded photographs where appropriate.
Damage from normal wear and tear and "minor" cosmetic defects is reported soley at the inspectors descretion.
Major Mechanical Inspection This inspection works best with investors or clients that do not care to spend additional money for a complete inspection like the General Home Inspection. They are looking for the "meat and potatoes" of the property that will cost them money to repair or replace. Inspection covers, the roof, hvac systems, foundation, plumbing and electrical issues. The inspection is a "check box" format with brief comments where appropriate.Photographs Only
This is the second option for investors or clients that prefer a "visual" inspection with edited photographs and comments below the picture. This is similar to the Major Mechanical Inspection in scope, but without a written narrative or checkbox. The pictures tell the story.
Insurance companies and investors prefer this format along with a client that is confident in their expertise in construction and remodeling skills.

Although I offer different choices, you should choose wisley. I could easily offer only one inspection type, like 95% of the home inspectors do through the area. However, I'm in business to meet your expectations and goals ror you and your family, It's really pretty simple.
