Choosing a home inspector is not so easy when you don't know anybody in the area where you plan to move your family.
Sure, you can Google the area to see the homes, schools, business district and all the other reasons you're moving to this new area. You have to get a realtor to show you the properties, maybe look at 10 to 20 or more homes until they all start to look the same. It's the process that creates tension and I'm part of this process, but I'm the one that can ease the tension for a while, while you and I inspect your future home.
